About our offers

KAHUNA may offer discounts, promotional codes and other special offers from time to time.

Read the terms displayed with each offer before ordering. These explain any qualifying products, customer eligibility, exclusions, spending requirements, usage limits and closing dates.

Specific offer terms take priority over this general guidance, but do not restrict your statutory rights.

Promotional codes

Enter your promotional code in the appropriate checkout field before completing your purchase.

Check that the discount has been applied and that the total is correct before paying.

A code may be restricted to particular products, customers, destinations or dates. Any such restrictions will be explained with the offer.

Unless the offer states otherwise, promotional codes have no cash alternative and cannot be applied retrospectively unless KAHUNA agrees.

Combining offers

Whether an offer can be combined with another discount or promotion will be explained in its terms and reflected at checkout.

Do not assume that multiple codes can be used together. Contact us before paying if the result at checkout differs from the advertised offer.

Delivery offers

Free or reduced delivery offers apply only to the destinations and services stated.

An offer for free standard delivery does not automatically include next-day, expedited or other upgraded services.

Sale items

Buying an item at a reduced price does not reduce your statutory rights.

Qualifying online purchases retain their statutory cancellation rights. Rights concerning faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods also continue to apply.

Returns and refunds

Refunds reflect the amount actually paid for the returned goods and are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Any conditions concerning the return of items bought as part of a bundle or multi-item offer will be explained with that offer. These conditions will not restrict your statutory rights.

Errors and misuse

If an offer does not work as advertised, contact us so we can investigate.

We may investigate suspected fraud or misuse. Any action we take will respect applicable law and any contract already formed.

We will not increase an accepted order's agreed price without your agreement.
