SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery destinations

KAHUNA offers delivery to the United Kingdom, Ireland, BFPO addresses and international destinations, subject to available delivery services and any destination restrictions shown at checkout.

Dispatch times

We usually dispatch orders within 24 to 48 hours on working days. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.

This is our usual dispatch timeframe, rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Any different dispatch arrangements for a particular product will be explained before purchase.

Delivery services

Delivery times depend on your destination and the service selected.

Next-day and 48-hour delivery services may be offered where available, at an additional charge. Expedited delivery to other destinations may also be available at an additional charge.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, delivery service times run from dispatch, rather than from the time you place your order. Any order cut-off times, restrictions and estimated delivery dates will be shown with the relevant service.

Free standard delivery

Free standard delivery is available on orders over £50 to the United Kingdom, Ireland and BFPO addresses, where a suitable service is available.

This offer applies to standard delivery. Upgraded or expedited services may carry an additional charge.

An order totalling exactly £50 does not qualify for the over-£50 offer.

Delivery charges

Any applicable delivery charge will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Charges may depend on the destination, parcel weight, dimensions and service selected.

International and BFPO delivery

Delivery availability and times vary by destination. BFPO deliveries are also subject to BFPO addressing requirements, parcel restrictions and onward delivery arrangements.

International orders may be subject to customs clearance, import taxes, duties or carrier handling charges. Where these are not collected at checkout or expressly included in your order total, they may be payable by the recipient under the destination's rules.

Delays and unforeseen circumstances

Delivery may be affected by circumstances such as severe weather, transport disruption, industrial action, customs delays, national emergencies or other unforeseen events.

If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will contact you with the information available and explain your options.

These circumstances do not remove your statutory rights. We remain responsible for meeting our legal obligations concerning delivery, cancellation and refunds.

Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being formed.

Incorrect addresses and delivery problems

Please check your delivery address carefully before ordering. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. We will help where possible, although changes may not be possible after dispatch.

If your parcel is missing, arrives damaged or appears to have been delivered incorrectly, contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Goods remain our responsibility until they come into your physical possession, or that of a person you nominate to receive them, subject to applicable law.
